Services – Freelancers can opt to sell the Services they offer. The services can be broken down into 3 types of service packages (Basic, Standard, Pro) that freelancers are able to offer.
For example, Freelancers may offer services such as SEO, Link Building, Content Writing Services here.
Sell Codes –. Freelancers also have the option to Sell Codes they already have and would like to capitalize on their existing codes they have already developed.
For example, Freelancers may already have a mobile app code that has been developed and tested. The Freelancer can resell their code here.

Will you ever ask for my password?
Customer Support will never ask you for your password, but they may ask you for your security question’s answer in specific situations (e.g., to verify account ownership). This is always managed through an official Customer Support request.
Payments and withdrawals
for Freelancers / Employer
How long does it take for me to receive revenues from an order?
Once the order is created and started Freelancers must fulfill their orders as described in their Gig description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver your order button (located on the order page).
Once work is delivered The client has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for gigs with shipping). If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed.
After the order is marked as complete You have to wait 14 days to withdraw your funds.
Can I have more than one withdrawal provider?
Your profile can be associated with only one account from each account withdrawal provider (payout method). This means you cannot have the same PayPal, Stripe, or any other withdrawal method for two accounts.
Can I cancel my withdrawal?
Withdrawals are final and can’t be undone. We won’t be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
Do I have to pay taxes on income earned?
It is the sole responsibility of freelancers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and/or country of residence, as applicable and required by local law and regulations.
Handling orders for Freelancers / Employer
How can I contact a client / employer?
To communicate with a client/employer, an order needs to be placed, which will create a “conversation” thread, and you will be able to communicate with the client. You may also contact the client without an order being placed if the client contacts you first.
